RATES:

• $350 per day for the coach rental.
• $325 per day for 3 or more days.
• $300 per day for 5 days or more.
• Call for weekly or monthly rates.

 

Not Included:

• Washington State Sales Tax @ 19.2%
• Mileage - $1.40/Mile
• Generator Time $8.50/hour
• Cleaning Fee $50.00 1-2 days $100.00 3 or more days (one time charge – NOT DAILY)
• Driver rate $275.00 for 10 hours portal to portal - overtime $41.25/hour. After 12 hours $55.00/hour.

• Internet: $35.00/day
• Pop-up tents $40/day - 2 available - only charged if used.
• Rowenta Professional Iron: $10.00/day - only charged if used.
• Jiffy Commercial Steamer w/auto shut-off: $20.00/day - only charged if used.
• Portable Rolling Wardrobe Racks: $15.00/Day – only charged if used.
• 2 - 6’ Tables $9.00/day - only charged if used.
• Production folding chairs $1.25ea/day. - only charged if used.
• Motorola walkies $12.00ea/day. requires prior request - only charged if used.

 

Craft Service and Catering:

• Full Craft Service - $275.00/Day + food + $275.00 for prep day.
• Catering – Call for estimate.
• Washington State Sales Tax @ 9.5% unless you have a tax exception form
